We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for patient care. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services and supporting doctors in daily medical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update case files regularly.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Manage and prepare medical equipment and supplies.
- Educate patients and families on health practices, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain infection control standards.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide first-level care. Required Qualifications Diploma in Nursing (GNM / ANM / equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, documentation, and patient care.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts. Skills Required
