Registered Nurse

1. Checks patients’ health by taking vitals like pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.

2. Asks about symptoms and gathers important health information.

3. Gives medicines safely, including pills, injections, or IVs.

4. Follows doctors’ orders and helps carry out treatment plans.

5. Assists with medical procedures like tests, wound care, or placing IV lines.

6. Monitors patients to see if they are getting better or worse.

7. Uses medical equipment such as monitors, pumps, and machines.

8. Teaches patients and families about health, medicines, and self-care.

9. Keeps accurate records of treatments, observations, and patient progress.

10. Supports and comforts patients, helping them feel safe and understood.
