Position: Registered Nurse (Home Care)Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and record patients’ conditions, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other nursing procedures in accordance with DHA standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members regarding patient needs.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities when required.
• Educate patients and family members about care plans, medications, and health management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of all nursing activities.
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate, empathetic support to patients and families during their care journey.

✅ Qualifications:

• DHA Licensed / DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience is an advantage).
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Willingness to travel to patient locations as scheduled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
