Position Details:

• Provide one-on-one care to persons with disabilities in their home setting
• Assist with daily living activities, medical needs, and supportive care
• Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure the best quality of life
• Flexible schedules (full-time and part-time available)

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license
• Experience with disability care preferred, but training available for the right candidates
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient-centered care
