Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to join our family clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, assist doctors during consultations, and ensure smooth daily clinical operations while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in OPD and clinic settings
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Monitor and record patient vitals and medical history
• Administer medications, injections, and IVs as prescribed
• Perform wound dressing, vaccinations, and basic nursing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards
• Handle patient registration, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records (manual or EMR)
• Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and hygiene
• Support emergency care when required

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• GNM / BSc Nursing qualification
• Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts and a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in family clinic / OPD / hospital setting
• Knowledge of basic computer or EMR systems
• Polite, patient-friendly attitude
• Freshers can also apply
