Registered Nurse

A Registered Nurse (RN) job involves assessing patients, developing care plans, administering treatments/medications, operating medical equipment, and educating patients/families on health management, collaborating closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, monitor vital signs, maintain records, and provide emotional support across various settings. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Monitor vital signs, record medical history, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Treatment Administration: Give medications, perform wound care, manage IVs, and assist with procedures.
• Monitoring & Documentation: Observe and record patient progress, ensuring accurate documentation in health records.
• Collaboration: Work with doctors, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Patient Education: Teach patients and families about illnesses, treatments, and self-care.
• Equipment Operation: Use and monitor various medical devices.
• Supervision: Direct and oversee Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants.
