Registered Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a healthcare facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring compliance with SCFHS regulations and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards.
• Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations when required
