🚑 Job Opening: Paramedic / EMT & Industrial Nurse

📍 Location: Oman (Industrial Project Site)

💼 Full-time | Rotational Duty

🔎 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic/EMT with a Nursing background to provide emergency medical care and occupational health support at an industrial site in Oman. The role involves immediate response to medical incidents, health monitoring of workers, and ensuring compliance with site health and safety standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site emergency medical response and first aid.
• Stabilize injured or ill employees before hospital transfer when required.
• Monitor workers’ health and fitness for duty.
• Maintain medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency preparedness programs.
• Conduct basic health awareness sessions for staff.
• Coordinate with site management and local emergency services.
• Ensure compliance with Oman health and safety regulations.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing and recognized Paramedic/EMT certification .
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience , preferably in industrial or remote-site settings.
• Valid professional license ( MOH Oman license preferred or eligible ).
• Strong emergency response and trauma management skills.
• Ability to work in rotational schedules.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Physically fit to work in industrial environments.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Daily Wage: TBD
• Rotation: 3 months on duty (paid) / 1 month off (unpaid)
• Annual Ticket Allowance: TBD
• Employment Visa & License provided by employer
