Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Registered Nurse.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans.

Daily responsibilities include conducting IV patient assessments, managing medical equipment, and accurately documenting all care provided.

The role also involves effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, empathetic, and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Clinical Care Skills: Strong knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and care planning.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in operating medical equipment and relevant healthcare technologies.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management, documentation accuracy, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Education & Certifications

• Valid nursing degree
• Current nursing license (DHA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
• Expertise in IV cannulation is required.

Language Skills

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of additional languages—especially Arabic—is an advantage.

• Must be immediately available to start in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
