Registered Nurse (RN) – Functional & Lifestyle Medicine

Clinic: Longevity Care Clinis

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Hourly

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $28.00/hour (DOE) + Bonus Eligibility

Position Summary

Longevity Care Clinic, a leading-edge integrative and functional medicine practice, seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team. Primary Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Direct Patient Care

  • Conduct nursing assessments and follow-up evaluations in collaboration with providers.
  • Help clinical staff in patient education and assist patients with health optimization, lifestyle modification, nutritional protocols, supplement use, lab results, medication management.
  • Prepare and assist in patient therapies, protocols and treatments (supplementation, IVs, injections, nutraceutical protocols, detoxification treatments, PEMF, HBOT, EbO2, PRP, HRT, Plunge/Sauna, etc.).
  • Administer and document all participating therapies per protocol and training.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of individualized care plans focused on reversing chronic illness and enhancing vitality.
  • Support detoxification and lifestyle transformation programs under physician direction.

Functional Medicine Coordination

  • Collect, organize, administer and assist patients with comprehensive health histories, functional lab testing, and patient-reported outcome measures.
  • Monitor and follow up on lab results; alert the clinical team to any urgent findings.
  • Assist in interpretation of specialty functional labs (e.g., DUTCH, GI-MAP, toxicity, DNA, nutrient panels, etc.) in collaboration with clinicians.
  • Educate patients on lab results and support implementation of care plans including nutrition, supplementation, sleep, stress management, and movement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a clinical liaison and advocate for patients throughout their care journey.
  • Maintain empathetic, therapeutic communication in all patient interactions.
  • Support patient adherence and engagement with care plans, and provide motivational coaching as needed.
  • Assist in record management

Administrative Support

  • Document patient care in EMR (electronic medical records) with accuracy and clinical relevance.
  • Facilitate referrals, prescription coordination, and communication with outside providers/pharmacies.
  • Assist in wellness retreats and clinic events (occasional travel may be required).
  • Support medical business advancement through building and support of patient relationships, continuous quality improvement input and feedback to the clinic leadership and marketing participation.

Qualifications

  • Required: Active RN license (state of clinic operation), CPR/BLS certified.
  • Preferred: Experience or formal training in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, or holistic nursing.
  • Proficient in phlebotomy, administering IVs and injections, and working within electronic medical record systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Interest in or experience with therapeutic nutrition, integrative therapies, and whole-person wellness.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in health coaching, yoga, integrative nutrition, or similar.
  • Training in motivational interviewing, stress management techniques, or mind-body medicine.
  • Familiarity with functional lab tests such as GI testing, Genomics, Functional medicine panels.
