The Registered Nurse specializes in providing high quality, individualized care to patients in long term care to transitional care settings, following best practices and organizational standards. This role also supports nursing department management, including scheduling, staff evaluation, and development.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to M42's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Delivers comprehensive nursing assessments and individualized care plans for patients, with a specialty focus on long term care to transitional care settings.
• Provides advanced nursing care, close monitoring, and support for medically complex, ventilated, or severely disabled patients, ensuring best practices and patient safety.
• Administers medications and assists with complex medical procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and unit protocols.
• Promotes a safe, culturally sensitive environment that maximizes patient quality of life and supports family involvement in care.
• Documents care accurately and communicates effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and escalation of care.
• Participates in quality improvement, audits, and educational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Supports staff development through supervision, feedback, and engagement in performance evaluation, scheduling, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years' post qualification nursing experience, including specialized services and clinical certification.
• Current nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA Medical License.
• Proficiency in medical record systems and digital healthcare platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic preferred).
