A career opportunity in the Healthcare - Acute Care & Clinical Nursing Services sector, delivering inpatient and outpatient nursing across multidisciplinary hospital settings in the United Arab Emirates. This on site Registered Nurse role (primary title: Registered Nurse (RN supports high standards of patient safety, clinical documentation, and collaborative care in a regulated UAE healthcare environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care: perform comprehensive assessments, develop nursing plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes for assigned patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products safely according to protocols; document dosing, reactions, and reconciliations in the EMR.
- Continuously monitor vital signs and patient status; identify deterioration early and elevate per rapid response and escalation pathways.
- Perform wound care, catheter/line care, and infection prevention procedures following clinical guidelines and aseptic technique.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care, lead bedside handovers, support discharge planning, and provide patient/family education focused on self care and follow up.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR, participate in audits, and contribute to continuous improvement and clinical governance activities.

Qualifications
- Valid UAE nursing license (DHA/DOH/MOH) or eligible for licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification
- Clinical nursing experience in acute care, medical surgical, or specialty ward environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE an advantage
