What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care, and diabetic care.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself kindly, because… nursing).
Completing clear, timely documentation in an EMR that won’t follow you into your dreams.
Managing a mix of visits, from wellness checks to more complex skilled care.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Massachusetts

At least 1 year of clinical experience

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported

EMR experience preferred

Home health or similar experience required
