Registered Nurse

Cashmere Post Acute is looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility in Cashmere! We are a 95-bed facility specializing in short and long-term care. Starting pay: $43-$49hour (Depending on experience)

Currently seeking DAY shift

You will provide direct patient care to short stay, sub-acute patients upon discharge from the hospital as well as long term care residents.

• Enteral Tube feedings
• Observe and record patient behavior
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Maintenance of IV lines (Midline, PICC, Port of Cath)
• Wound Care (wound vacs, drains, dressing changes)
• Palliative and End of Life care
• Educating patients, families and staff on disease processes

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Degree in nursing
• Successfully complete and pass background check

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• In Long Term care
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC’s)
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team
