Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | 8hr Days | 40 hrs/week | 14-Week Contract

Position Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week
• Contract: 14 weeks
• Pay: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Complete OASIS assessments and document in Homecare Homebase
• Develop and manage individualized Plans of Care
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and safety
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of Home Health experience
• OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
