  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance (all 3 required)
  • Must be comfortable with required travel for this position

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 units daily, 30 units per week)
  • 1 weekend per month on-call
  • 1 evening per week on-call

Travel

  • Local travel required covering multiple counties within approximately 15–25 miles of your assigned community

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of hospice experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Home Health Care, Epic Home Health, or similar platform
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification required

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Western PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations.

  • 8 units on Saturday and 8 units on Sunday
  • 2 holidays per year

Travel

  • Local travel required; must be comfortable with travel for this position

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Nursing
  • 1+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation, Clinical Informatics, or Clinical Quality
  • 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Partner EMR, or similar platform
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS) certification required
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification required
  • Must be comfortable with required travel for this position
