Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics (FMLA Coverage)

Location: Seattle, WA 98104 (Onsite)

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Pediatrics team on a temporary FMLA coverage assignment. In this role, you will provide clinical support through patient triage, medication administration, and education, ensuring a high standard of care for pediatric patients.

This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide phone and MyChart triage support , addressing patient concerns and routing appropriately
  • Administer medications and vaccinations in a clinical setting
  • Deliver patient and caregiver education regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care
  • Document patient interactions and clinical activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a positive, patient-centered environment, especially suited for pediatric care


Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work as a team player in a clinical environment
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior pediatric nursing experience
  • Experience using Epic (EHR system)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Strong patient engagement and adaptability skills


Work Environment

  • Onsite pediatric clinic setting
  • No travel or home healthcare required
  • Collaborative care environment with scheduled team-based staffing
