Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Respond to medical emergencies efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse DOH license
• Minimum [1–3] years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (mandatory); ACLS preferred
