Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Registered Nurse to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care, administer medications and treatments, coordinate closely with the healthcare team, and monitor patient progress. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and their families, and strictly adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care.
• Perform intravenous (IV) therapy and expert blood collection/phlebotomy.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Remain available for on-call appointments as required by the facility.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality Preference: female candidates are preferred for this position.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a registered nursing role.
• Skills: Proven expertise in IV therapy and blood collection/phlebotomy. Strong clinical skills in patient care, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Licensure: Current nursing license in good standing and eligibility to practice in Dubai (DHA license or eligibility letter required).
• Certifications: CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly advantageous.
• Language & Communication: Excellent English communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness and flexibility to work on-call shifts.
• Attributes: Compassionate approach to patient engagement and education.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
