Summary

We are looking to recruit a qualified healthcare professional to support our care team and help us deliver high-quality, person-centred services under the regulated activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI).

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and oversight to our care workers, ensuring that care is delivered safely and in line with professional standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising and supporting care workers to maintain high standards of care

  • Assisting in the development and review of care plans and clinical procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations related to TDDI
  • Providing professional leadership and mentoring to the team
  • Helping us maintain safe delegation, clinical governance, and service improvement
  • Working flexibly—hours can be completed on-site or remotely, with some office presence

About the Role:

  • Starting with 18 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as the service grows
  • A great opportunity for someone looking for part-time clinical leadership or to work alongside other roles
  • This role is key to our CQC registration for TDDI, so active involvement in governance is essential

Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified and registered healthcare professional (e.g. Nurse, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or other HCPC-registered clinician)
  • Passionate about quality care and clinical standards
  • Organised, approachable, and confident in leading a team
  • Previous experience in care settings or CQC-regulated services is desirable but not essential

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience in medication administration and patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
  • Compassionate, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
