About The Role
Curely is looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth check-in process, manage appointment scheduling, and provide administrative support to our medical team. What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.

Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up to date.

Verify insurance details and process billing transactions.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for seamless patient care.

Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Assist with other front desk and clerical duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (medical setting preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, patient-focused attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
Bonus Skills & Experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.

Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Previous work in a hospital or clinic setting.
