Role Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Registered Nurse (Arabic Speaker) to join our team at a modern aesthetic and wellness center in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support aesthetic, laser, dental and cosmetic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for aesthetic, laser, dental and cosmetic procedures
• Assist physicians and specialists during dermatology, laser, dental and aesthetic treatments
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms before procedures
• Monitor patient condition, safety and recovery during and after treatments
• Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions
• Perform blood withdrawal confidently with strong practical experience
• Administer IV drips and monitor patients during IV therapy sessions
• Assist in laser procedures and ensure proper patient preparation, safety and aftercare
• Support dental procedures while maintaining patient comfort and clinical efficiency
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient medical records
• Ensure strict infection control, sterilization and clinical hygiene standards
• Ensure compliance with MOH/SHA regulations, patient safety protocols, medication handling, consent procedures and nursing standards
• Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally within scope of nursing practice
• Support smooth clinical operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and comfort

Requirements

• Valid MOH/SHA License - Registered Nurse
• Arabic Speaker (required)
• Mandatory experience in aesthetic, laser and dental clinical settings
• Certified in laser procedures/treatments with valid laser certification is a plus
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, laser or dental clinics
• Strong hands-on experience in blood withdrawal and IV drip administration
• Strong knowledge of MOH/SHA compliance, infection control, sterilization and patient safety standards
• Excellent patient care, communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, well-presented and able to work in a luxury aesthetic and wellness environment
