Registered Nurse - Care Manager - Home Care

Established concierge private duty company seeking Registered Nurse to join our clinical team, as we expand into more skilled nursing services including telehealth.

To become the primary nurse expanding our progressive Geriatric Care Management service.

The nurse who commits to the best patient care and seeks to work with Sarasota’s premier patient care team.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Reports directly to the CEO

2. Member of our clinical team

3. Participates in patient admissions and patient care assignments.

4. Maintains systems of communication with doctors, patients, family members and support services.

5. Assists with training and onboarding new clinical staff

6. Applying clinical standards of care

7. Backs up on-call Nurse

Qualifications:

1. Home Care experience preferred.

2. Experience with Infusion Therapy and basic wound care

3. Valid RN license
