About the Role

Our Registered Nurses are more than clinical providers — they are essential partners in delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping expand our footprint. As an RN at Allure Medical, you will play a critical role in supporting patient care, assisting with aesthetic and wellness treatments, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the successful growth of a new region.

This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting nurse who brings a level of leadership, is excited to enter the aesthetic field, expand their clinical skill set, and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. No prior cosmetic experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within an aesthetic and wellness-focused clinical environment.
• Assist with and progressively perform cosmetic procedures, including cosmetic injectables and laser or energy-based treatments.
• Support the delivery of hormone replacement therapy and regenerative medicine services.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, products, and appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to established safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients to enhance satisfaction, understanding, and trust.
• Contribute to overall clinic flow, patient communication, and service excellence.
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development specific to aesthetics and wellness.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support the growth and operational success of Allure Medical.
• Travel to Allure Medical offices as needed to ensure consistent patient care, clinical excellence, and team support.

Position Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN). BSN Preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in aesthetics, injectables, lasers, or regenerative medicine.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-focused mindset with dedication to patient care and satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing hands-on training.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel to Allure Medical offices as needed.
• Ability to work two (2) 12-hour shifts and every Saturday.
