Registered Nurse for Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations in the home
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
• Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management
• Accurately document care and patient progress
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• DOH Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Home care or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
