Purpose:
Partners in Abortion Care is seeking a full time registered nurse who understands the complicated intersections of a patient’s life and experiences that may lead to having an abortion. The ideal candidate for this position is compassionate, pro-choice, patient, and excited to be part of a new, rapidly growing, and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will come with prior experience in at least one of the following areas: labor and delivery, outpatient OB/gyn, abortion care, procedural sedation administration. Planned start date for this position is no later than Jul 21, 2026.
The anticipated schedule of this position is primarily Tuesday to Friday with occasional schedule alterations to include Mondays or Saturdays. Applicants must be available for at least one week of overnight on-call availability per month.
At this time, Partners in Abortion Care offers the following benefits: 12 weeks of paid parental leave, PTO, sick leave, health insurance benefits, MetroBenefits, 401k with company matching. Please note that time-off and leave benefits are prorated based on hours worked.
This position is part of the SEIU 1199 bargaining unit. The selected candidate will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the collective bargaining agreement between Partners in Abortion Care LLC and SEIU 1199. Membership in the union and payment of union fees is required upon hiring. We offer competitive wages and benefits as negotiated under the collective bargaining agreement.
