Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform nursing procedures and assist with medical exams
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when needed
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred for some roles)
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or community health settings
