Registered Nurse (Full Time) NICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform nursing procedures and assist with medical exams
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when needed
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred for some roles)
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or community health settings
