Coverage Areas: Fresno County

Your mission, should you choose to accept it (which we hope you will!):

• Manage a caseload using the super-efficient EMR System Kinnser.
• Time management skills are key, but so is giving each patient the TLC they deserve.
• If you're all about that one-on-one patient connection and prefer the outdoorsy vibe to a clinical setting, then you're in the right place!

Responsibilities:

• Be the healthcare hero assessing patient conditions, checking vital signs, administering medications.
• Offer recommendations for tools that could enhance their quality of life.
• Be the friendly face listening to their concerns, coordinating with other healthcare professionals like OTs and PTs.
• Educate patients and their families on the ins and outs of home health care.

Requirements:

• Bring your compassionate and friendly vibes.
• Your ability to zip around to multiple patients in a day.
• Of course, your California RN license.
• On-call as needed during business hours
• Experience in home health or hospice care is a plus!
