Registered Nurse Home Health

This position requires someone who can drive to their assigned territory.

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Per Visit/Per Diem Available

Some of the responsibilities are:

• Evaluate, assess, and advise clients on the mechanisms and remedies of their diseases.
• Providing clients in their homes with quality nursing services.
• Evaluate, submit and follow the treatment plan and RNs to conduct re-evaluations of the care needs of the individual.
