We are hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses for the South Denver corridor — Denver, Aurora, and Centennial. Assignments are geographically grouped around your home for efficiency and convenience.

What You'll Do

You'll carry a defined caseload of home health patients, conducting in-home assessments, developing individualized care plans, coordinating with physicians and care teams, and maintaining clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Caseloads are reviewed every 60 days to ensure quality outcomes and appropriate patient progression.

What You Bring

• Active Colorado RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience — hospital or ER background strongly preferred
• Home health experience a plus, but not required
• Wound care and IV therapy competency
• BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and comfort with EMR documentation
