Registered Nurse Home Health and Hospice

We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for working with the elderly to join our team. This is a flexible PRN/Part Time Position with opportunities to make additional money with On-Call. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with our patients in their homes to ensure that they are receiving the appropriate level of care at all times, and will also be responsible for educating and communicating with family members. We are a locally owned and operated Home Health and Hospice Agency looking for exceptional people to join our team servicing St. George, UT.

Requirements:

· Current Utah RN license

· Home Health and Hospice Experience Preferred

· Knowledge of OASIS Preferred

· Current CPR certification

· Current driver’s license

· Kinnser/Wellsky knowledge is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
