Job Title: RN - Home Health

Rate: Up to $2200.00 weekly

Location: Clarksville, TN

Key Responsibilities

Administering Medications and Treatments: administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.

Monitoring Vital Signs: monitor the patient's vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate, to ensure health stability.

Providing Wound Care: provide wound care and assist with activities of daily living.

Emotional Support: offer emotional support and act as a trusted confidant for patients and their families.

Coordination of Care: coordinate with the patient's family members, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

These duties are essential for providing personalized, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting faster recovery and greater comfort.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience

Licenses/Certifications

• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
