AdvisaCare is seeking a Full time Home Health Clinical Manager to join our teams in Kalamazoo/Portage MI. Candidate must hold an active Michigan Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, well organized, driven, with strong effective communication skills .

Hours are primarily in office 8:00AM- 5:00 PM assisting with clinical staff education, Field staff training and other duties as assigned. Some travel in the field and to other AdvisaCare offices.

Job Description for Clinical Supervisor

• Assist with education/onboarding & training of clinical field staff
• Supervisory clinical staff shifts and visits
• Some travel within the Advisacare service area is required weekly
• Positive attitude, highly organized team player who is willing to serve as a leader to the clinical team.

Requirements

• Current MI Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, strong critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, organized with exceptional time management skills
• Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Home health care experience preferred but NOT required for the right candidate
