AdvisaCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager to be a part of our team in Kalamazoo/Portage, MI. This is a full-time position for a candidate who holds a valid Michigan Registered Nurse License. If you are a self-motivated, organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

This role primarily involves working on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , focusing on clinical staff education, training, and various other duties as assigned. Expect some travel within the field and between AdvisaCare offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the education, onboarding, and training of clinical field staff
• Supervise clinical staff shifts and home visits
• Travel within the AdvisaCare service area on a weekly basis
• Foster a positive work environment and serve as a leader to the clinical team
  
  

Requirements

• Current MI Registered Nurse License, with documentation of TB test and CPR certification
• Must pass a clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation, a valid MI Driver's License, and Auto Insurance are required
• Home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
