Registered Nurse - Home Health (Corpus and outskirt areas)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patients' condition
Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Perform venipuncture and IV infusion as needed

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
Knowledge of OASIS and home health protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
