Registered Nurse ( Home Helth care )

Provides professional nursing care through scheduled home visits only, in coordination with the medical team. Responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, monitoring progress, and delivering required medical services in the patient’s home. This role does not involve staying or residing with the patient; all care is provided during planned visits according to the care plan and medical orders.
