Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine hormone levels and identify symptoms related to hormone imbalances and obesity.

· Collaborate with the medical team to develop individualized hormone replacement therapy and weight loss plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

· Administer hormone replacement therapies to patients following established protocols and guidelines.

· Manage weight loss patients and their customized programs through diet, exercise and medically prescribed treatments through established protocols.

· Regularly monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.

· Educate patients on the benefits of hormone replacement and weight loss therapy, potential side effects, and the importance of compliance with treatment plans.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in the patient's condition.

· Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

· Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive healthcare experience.

Qualifications:

· Current and valid nursing license in Utah.

· Ability to create a positive work environment for both coworkers and patients.

· Ability to connect with their patients and build long-term working relationships.

· Passion for helping patients get healthy and improve their lives,

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.

· Ability to communicate timely, clearly and accurately in electronic charting.

· Leadership skills, self-motivated, positive energy, professional and healthy appearance.

Physical Requirements

· Capable of standing for extended periods of time during patient assessments and treatment administration.

· Proficient use of hands and fingers for tasks such as administering injections, handling medical equipment, and maintaining patient records.

· Ability to lift and carry medical supplies and equipment, weighing up to 25 pounds, as necessary for patient care.

· Clear vision and hearing to accurately assess patients, interpret medical information, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
