Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is a blend of clinical excellence and patient experience, ideal for someone who thrives in a modern, wellness-focused environment where relationships matter just as much as results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and assist with lab coordination
• Check in, room, and prepare patients for provider consultations
• Support providers with patient care, treatment protocols, and follow-ups
• Educate patients on services, treatment plans, and next steps
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Assist with front office responsibilities, including patient registration and scheduling
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Strong experience with phlebotomy and patient interaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Interest in wellness, preventative care, and hormone optimization
