At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.

What Will You Do?

As the RN Visit Nurse in this community-based program, you will:

• Work 3 days per week as a salaried member of the Response Team
• Participate in a back-up on call rotation with the other RNs on the team; this equates to the equivalent of one calendar week every 4 months (5pm – 10pm on weeknights and 9am – 9pm on Saturday and Sunday)
• Make visits to hospice patients within the community: private homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living, etc,

Education and Experience

• RN licensure in Michigan
• At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
• Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
• Passion for hospice nursing
