Registered Nurse House Supervisor

A fantastic hospital near Great Falls, Montana is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join their amazing team! Retention bonus provided with this position!

Pay starts at $42/hr

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
• Schedule: 3x12s, day shift and night shift available
• Retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this Registered Nurse House Supervisor position
• The Registered Nurse House Supervisor will oversee the critical care department and fill in to help with patient care as needed

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting
• Recent ICU experience preferred
• Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
