Job Summary

Duties
- Pharmacy, administrating medication and drug accountability
- Manage and oversee clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, and CDISC data standards.
- Supervise research staff and coordinate activities related to patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer blood sampling and phlebotomy procedures, and review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and ensure proper documentation in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Collect, analyze, and manage data in accordance with research protocols; utilize statistical software for data analysis when necessary.
- Review clinical laboratory results and ensure proper handling of specimens; maintain compliance with clinical development guidelines.
- Prepare reports, maintain detailed records of trial activities, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license with current licensure in the applicable jurisdiction; certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is required.
- Demonstrated supervising experience within clinical research or healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials management, FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and HIPAA privacy rules.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, data collection methods, and clinical laboratory procedures such as blood sampling and phlebotomy.
- Experience with EMR systems, clinical data management tools, statistical software, and adherence to CDISC standards.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to review complex documentation accurately; familiarity with compliance management is essential.
