Registered Nurse Informatics

Qualifications

BSN or higher degree in nursing
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
1+ years of experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of new healthcare information technology
Analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement clinical decision support tools and other resources
Provide training and support to nurses and other clinical staff on the use of healthcare information technology
Participate in research projects to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare information technology
