Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse with specialized training in aesthetic injections to join our innovative medical spa team. As a Registered Nurse-Injector, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized cosmetic treatments that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. You will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive cosmetic services, ensuring each guest receives exceptional care from consultation through post-treatment follow-up. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations for outcomes
• Administer injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations
• Manage patient records accurately using salon or medical spa software
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results and promote ongoing wellness
• Upsell appropriate skincare products or additional services through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Collaborate with the team on social media management efforts to promote services, share success stories, and engage with the community
• Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries professionally, and ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Stay current on industry trends

Experience

• Valid Registered Nurse license with current state certification required; additional certification in aesthetics or cosmetology is highly desirable
• Proven experience performing cosmetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers in a med spa or clinical setting
• Hands-on experience with advanced skincare procedures like dermabrasion, laser treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to aesthetic procedures to ensure safety standards are consistently met
• Experience in retail sales or product demos that support client education and treatment upselling is advantageous
