Role Overview

Under physician or NP supervision (per state law), the Nurse performs:

• RF / HIFU / laser-based lifting treatments
• Microneedling (RF & non-RF)
• Energy-based facial/body treatments
• Injection support (Botox, filler — depending on state regulations)
• Pre/post care, safety checks, photos, and documentation

Nurses ensure every client feels safe, informed, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Treatments

• Botox & filler support
• Laser, RF, HIFU device operation
• Microneedling procedures
• Skin improvement treatments

Safety & Integrity

• Pre/post treatment assessment
• Complication recognition & reporting
• Strict protocol adherence
• Treatment room & device hygiene

Patient Care

• Anxiety reduction & reassurance
• Clear explanation of procedures
• Medical-standard response to complaints

Clinical Documentation

• Accurate CRM charting
• Before & After photo tracking
• Treatment outcome notes

Team Collaboration

• Coordinating with the TC team
• Communicating with providers (MD/NP)
• Learning new devices & protocols

QualificationsRequired

• RN / LVN / LPN (state license required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medspa/aesthetics setting
• Understanding of safety in medical treatments
• Empathy for patients
• Efficiency in workflow & device handling
• Integrity & honest communication
• Strong willingness to learn clinical skills

Preferred

• Comfort with patient communication
• Strong desire to grow quickly
