We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with healthcare team members, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety. This role involves working closely with patients and their families, offering education and support throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with DOH regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) - DOH license in.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
