Registered Nurse / Laser Therapist - Arabic Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with Laser License to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female Arabic speaker with at least 2 years of experience working in the UAE and a valid MOH license. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting the healthcare team in a fast-paced clinic or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and monitoring progress.
• Patient Support: Offer emotional support to patients and their families, explaining treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions in Arabic and English.
• Administer Medications & Treatments: Accurately administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments following medical guidelines and patient care protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including health histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with clinic or hospital standards.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Infection Control & Safety: Follow all infection control procedures and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the treatment environment.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on health maintenance, preventative care, and treatment options in a clear, empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

• Essential:
• MOH License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, administration of medications, and treatment procedures.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medical protocols.
• Desirable:
• Experience working in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations.
• Ability to communicate with patients of diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
