Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse Immediate - Pediatrics- AM shift : Full-time $25-$30

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations.
• Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Manage IV , catheter care, and tube feeding with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection, processing, and interpreting basic results; utilize medical terminology effectively.
• Provide acute pain management, triage, and emergency response in fast-paced environments such as urgent care or hospital settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in specialties like cardiology (including cardiac catheterization), ophthalmology (Botulinum toxin treatments), or geriatrics (memory care, long-term care).
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication administration, discharge instructions, and health coaching to promote ongoing wellness.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license with current registration; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques essential for safe patient care.
• Ability to perform complex procedures such as IV insertion, specimen collection/processing, and ventilator management if applicable.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and case management; experience working with people with disabilities or in behavioral health is advantageous.
