JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Registered Nurse (RN), for Inpatient Care Unit is responsible for the care of both medical and surgical patients to include those being monitored on telemetry. The RN will be knowledgeable in assessing medical and surgical patients and will be able to recognize complications and provide the appropriate care and implement necessary interventions. The RN will have well-rounded analytical knowledge, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices in medical-surgical nursing. The RN will have outstanding interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities.
The RN for this position will “make a difference” in customer and employee experience and is committed to patient satisfaction and quality care.
