About Us - Cardiac Rehab

To complete the services provided within the Freeman Heart Institute, Freeman Health Systems houses our very own Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation department

We provide an area that allows trained professionals to oversee the rehabilitative treatments used to ensure that our patients are on the road to recovery

Through a series of methods, Freeman professionals seek to assist the patient in providing a strong base of fitness that is tailored to their current fitness level and designed to allow our patients to find security, freedom, and confidence that they can enjoy life after recovering from an illness

Our Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department provides services in the following ways: Phase II Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, Outreach Services and Phase II and III Cardiac Rehab

What You’ll Do

Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists physician/provider and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physician/provider.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.

AHA ACLS upon hire.

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers upon hire.
