Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled NICU Nurse to provide specialized nursing care for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role involves monitoring vital signs, administering medications, supporting families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for critically ill or premature infants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
• Monitor infants’ vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall condition.
• Administer medications, IVs, and other prescribed treatments.
• Assist with procedures such as intubation, ventilation, and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and update care plans.
• Educate and support parents/families about infant care and progress.
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of NICU experience
